• Represented Alexei Gvozdev, the founder and manager of the Grammy-nominated Russian country band Bering Straits in his contract dispute with the band – convinced Nashville judge to apply Russian law.
• Represented former Tennessee State senator Marsha Blackburn in a lawsuit against former Tennessee Governor Don Sundquist challenging state income tax (the lawsuit was never filed because the Tennessee State income tax was defeated in large part due to the efforts of then Tennessee State Senator Marsha Blackburn. Marsha Blackburn is now the U.S. Congressman (R-TN) for the 7 th District of Tennessee.).

• Obtained the first and only temporary restraining order (TRO) issued by a circuit court judge during a football game at The Coliseum (formerly Adelphia Coliseum).
• Represented the teachers in The Phoenix Academy case against the headmaster Barbara Bachman.
• Represented the landowners in the Columbia dam case against the Tennessee Valley Authority, Derryberry v. TVA.
• Wrote the book Tennessee Football Source: A Complete Guide to Football in Tennessee (2003)
