Kline Preston wins appeal of decision by Chancellor Carol McCoy in McGee v. Best in Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Kline Preston wins appeal in Homebuilders McGee & Story, LLC v. Buckner in Tennessee Court of Appeals. Trial Court’s dismissal of case against Homebuilders is upheld and Homebuilders is awarded a judgment against Henry Buckner in the amount of $25,740.

On October 6, 2006 United States District Court Judge Robert Echols granted the Plaintiffs’ request for an injunction against Carl Tilley, the Tilley Foundation, Inc. and other defendants after a hearing on the matter on September 29, 2006 . The Plaintiffs sought an injunction against the Defendants from dissipating, wasting and transferring the assets of the Tilley Foundation, Inc. or of Carl Tilley and his wife Katherine. Judge Echols granted the injunction against the defendants. A copy of the injunction can be found at Littlefield v.
