District Judge Robert Echols Grants Injunction Against Carl Tilley et al.

October 6, 2006
United States District Court Judge Robert Echols granted the Plaintiffs’ request for an injunction against Carl Tilley, the Tilley Foundation, Inc. and other defendants after a hearing on the matter on
September 29, 2006
. The Plaintiffs sought an injunction against the Defendants from dissipating, wasting and transferring the assets of the Tilley Foundation, Inc. or of Carl Tilley and his wife Katherine. Judge Echols granted the injunction against the defendants. A copy of the injunction can be found at Littlefield v.
